      Descoperiţi valorile naturale unice din

            In order to change the perception of the pupils regarding values which involve the environment, the national park's administration has organized numerous educational activities.

            The main objectives of these activities are:

-        increase the responsibility and values of the pupils towards nature,

-        inspire individual and ecological behaviour,

-        recognition of the importance for maintaining and preserving the biodiversity for future generation.

            The educational activities are organized with the occasion of some special events, like:

               Forest Month (15 March-15 April),

              Trees and Birds Day (10 May),

              European National Park Day (24 May),

              The Black Pine of Banat Festival (1 June),

             The World Clean Mountains Day (26 September),

             The World Animal Day (04 October).

            The activities through which the administration tries to encourage the pupil’s interest and respect towards nature are the following: drawing, poetry and touristic orientation contests; presentations on diverse themes; interactive activities after presentations; garbage collecting in much frequented areas, etc.

            The last educational action was organized within the "Christmas, Faith and Cleanliness" project. With this occasion the pupils realized snowballs and a snowman from used papers and diverse packs. Also, a presentation was carried out about the negative impact of litter on nature.
